Berry Creek Screenwall & Retaining Wall

We built two walls in North Richland Hills at the Berry Creek Village Office Complex. The top one is a 6' Pre-Cast Concrete Screenwall. The Pre-Cast Wall is a ledge stone patterned, panel screenwall. A neutral stain color was picked out and applied later in this process, to blend in with the overall project. The lower one is a Milsap Stone Retaining Wall with grey mortar laid in a random pattern. Most cities require a stone, brick, or pre-cast screenwall to separate commercial buildings from residential homes.
