Garden Valley West Monument Sign & Screenwall

Down in the City of Waxahachie, we built this welcoming entrance for the Garden Valley West subdivision. The job included the Monument Sign you see pictured and over 1,000 linear foot of Screenwall.

The Monument Sign is made from buff cast stone with sandblasted lettering. We used Acme Brick French Chateaux set in a running bond pattern with a soldier course on the Screenwall panels. At each subdivision entrance, we framed the sign and brick with Austin Nicotine Sawn Stone set in an Ashlar pattern, all using buff mortar.

The general contractor for this project was Hargrove Real Estate in Red Oak, TX.
